Sport
We have lots of specialist teachers coming to teach
us sport. This year we have learnt to play basket ball, tennis, rugby, football
and cricket. We play in rounders,
football and cricket
competitions with other schools. We have had a coach in school to teach everyone
gymnastics. We all went to a North Northumberland Learning Web sports day with
other schools to do athletics, problem solving activities and learn about
keeping healthy. Every year we have our own 5 a side football tournament at Ford
for all the local teams.
World Book Day
World Book Day comes in the spring term. We dress up in costumes from our favourite books. Last year we had a Sports Characters Day.
